MY PHONE UPDATED AND NOW IT IS NOT RUNNING AS FAST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First thing would be to back up the device and perform a factory reset. After this is done, test the device to gauge the performance. There are other issues that can cause this. Such as: Battery, motherboard issues, or corrupted firmware.

If you do not have the ability to bring the device to us right away, then we suggest that you place the device in distilled water(cleanest possible water if distilled water is not available) in a seal able Tupperware container. It might sound strange, but most water has contaminants and the phone is sending electricity through various metals. If you keep the device wet with clean water, there will be less chance for the device to oxidize.
